Water Jet Cut Gaskets

For materials that cannot be cut with a laser, the water jet is a perfect alternative.  Water jet has the capability to cut thick hard materials, with the same accuracy as a laser, without the adverse effects of other cutting methods.

A mixture of water and fine sand (garnet) is routed through different size nozzles, at extremely high pressure, resulting in a fine cutting stream capable of cutting through almost any type of material.
