Kiss Cut Gaskets

Kiss cutting is used when parts have Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) applied to one side and the customer requires the part to remain on the backing.  The production process is set up to cut out the part, but not cut through the PSA backing.

This method is preferred for parts used in high volume assembly production.
